I actually like that look better than the 250. Although I cant imagine an engine a bit weaker than the 250.

@cali:

Another CRR run before MSRH on the 6th? That was fun last year.

I wish this thread was 3 months later, then we could do another PP1 poser roll in full leathers. That would bring the ultimate "THAT GUY" out.

I took my bike up to school today. I sat down by a class mate and she noticed my gear. The first thing she asked was, "Do you ride a motorcycle? How fast does it go?" I said, "Not very fast, but super fun regardless."

Then after my class ends I'm starting up the bike and putting my gloves and helmet on. Some guy walks past and asks, "How many cc's does that have? 600? 800?" I laugh and say, "250!" He did a double take and kept walking.

My bike is slower than she looks but still a head turner!

Bobby(otra599) and myself were chilling one night at Rookies after duci22 and his wife left.

Never fails, some guy comes up an asks if we ride(note helmet on table) then "whatcha ride."

I said I had a 250 outside. Then it comes... "ya I got a (spelled out) GSXR 750, I drag knee on it, wear my full one piece but I also got a two piece whenever I ride."

Bobby: "You sound like our type of rider. Come ride with us sometime, we're always out."

Guy: "Ya I like to drag knees. I ride up in college station all the time at the track."

Couldn't most of these people be found out at Starbucks?

MaxGs and Cdill were talking about selling their old knee pucks at PP1 for triple the normal price at one time during a ride.

I still laugh at that...

Just think of the poser in the one piece that would buy it so he could say that happened while riding up to PP1

i usually just get morons asking stupid questions about bikes, and like 90% of them have coincidentally been "thinking about getting a bike lately" and want to know what i think of the GSXR600 or 1000.
