Mud, I think that's a silly question. Why do you wear a skirt on the track when your sexual orientation is already in question?
Cause you want to...

I would think a CMRA license would be a personal goal to achieve. The only goals I set are to improve my procrastination techniques

I wonder if racing in a dirt series will have this much drama?

My interpretation of this correct assessment of the OP question: You ask a stupid question, you're gonna get a lot of stupid answers. Why do you jack off so much? CAUSE YOU WANT TO! Like AJFLo said, you have to race in order to get a race license, so it's not like they will be sitting on the couch every race day thinking they are cool.

If you don't understand why they would want a race license, then rephrase your question. The way you ask it seems like you are looking down on the people that are getting a race license. You imply that they won't do anything with it. Don't dog something just cause you don't understand it.

I'll ask the same questions on a different form and see if I get the same outcome.

Dunno much about racing licenses, but a sky diving license is very helpful. It allows you to jump without an instructor either attached to you, or instructing you... thus your fees for sky diving become like 1/10th of what they were (minus what you spend on your personal gear). You are also permitted to sky dive in quite a few more locations than someone without a license.

I prefer the free fishing and hunting license provided to me by the State of Texas. Membership has endless possibilities.

This is incredibly ironic... but I understand.
