can you put a hitch on a 99 chevy prizm?? i want one on my car so i dont have to put my xr 50 in the backseat

whats the cost on something like that?
i think uhaul sells them for 130 but you also have to buy the ball part which is like 32$ and the wriing harness for your car. i cant really get a deal on that stuff but i can install
