Question Emergency Tool Kit

When I bought my Bike it didn't come with the owners manual, tool kit, or anything else really just title and owners old helmet. So far I'v been able to track down the manual online but have not been able to find the tool kit for less than $100. So what all is included in a motorcycle emergency tool kit? can I just get them seperately cheaper?
