I wonder why Buell isnt on the list. I remember one of those brit mags did a big test of a whole assload of bikes a few years ago. I think they testing overall cornering, though, not "handling." They had some formula they evaluating corner entry speed, corner speed, exit speed, etc etc.
Anyway, if i remember correctly a buell might have been top dog.

No Kawasaki to be seen interesting. I don't believe the 08+ 1000RR is 4th it's no way its that low every review *plus driving it myself* has always put it on top of the handling against anything.

Results from a poll of readers...........must be none of them have ridden a Kawasaki OR a Buell.

'09 ZX6 and ZX10 are both GREAT handling bikes.

There's going to be argument on MCN's rankings and which models are/aren't on it's list and rightly so...

The best handling motorcyle I ever rode was my brother's 750 Yamaha twin street legal flat tracker. Light, very short wheelbase and inheriently unstable.

Guess you have to define "handling" first...

Is it stable in the turns? Quick to change direction? Stable on rough roads versus smooth? Rear end does the same thing the front is doing?

Lots of different definitions depending on who you talk to...

I would say that some of the manufacturers have been a little slow with the old bribe bag!!!!!

To lump the '98 to 08 R1 into one catergory is laughable

No mention of the 06 onwards Yamaha R6 in a handling poll???? really!!!!

No 09 ZX6R as you say

Looks like Honda and defo Aprilia got their $$$$ in
