KX60 Clutch Help

Ok so heres the deal. I finally decided to work on this 2003 KX60 project. Yay right? Well I already ran into a problem.......... It seems that when not running pulling in the lever does not disengage the clutch. It will stop the bike while running but wont allow for full disengagement. So I checked the oil first off. At first it appeared there wasnt any at all in there. No matter how far over I leaned the bike I couldnt see any in the window. So I said F it for the time........ I tore this bad boy apart cleaned everything I knew how to: IE the carb the read vale, spark plug. etc etc.............. Put it all back together and noticed I could now see oil in the window. In fact it appears full. Now while on the stand if I force the wheel to rotate while in gear I can watch the oil lvl drop in the window. That norm? Any one have any idea whats going on?

It sounds to me like clutch adjustment. How much clearance between lever and perch with light tension on lever?
Have you ever messed with the adjustment in the cable? Usually there is an adjustment somewhere in the middle of the cable or at the end of the cable by the engine.

Ok so IMMMMMMMMMMMM BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!

Ok finally got the case apart looked at the plates and checked everything out. Turns out they are all good. So problem is more than likely in the cable right? Well Im ok with that.............. up untill the point when I go to put this beast back together.

I went out and bought a new gasket for it. Has al my bolts in parts so organized I have the in sep. baggies with labels on them. Just so I wouldnt screw it up. Well after I put it back together I put the new oil in it and thought I was done till this weekend. Well we all know it cant be that easy right?

So I walk outside to my patio today and notice oil has leaked out and is now on the ground. What did I do wrong? Was I supposed to add some sealer to the gasket or something? Did I miss somehting here? I cant tell that its comming from the plug..... looks like its coming from the seal of the case. Any help? Anyone??
