Process of buying/selling

Since I might be selling my bike tomorrow, what am I supposed to do? I downloaded a template of "deed of absolute sale" from online. I also have a form from the Tax Office for title transfer application.

I guess Ill fill the parts where it says "seller/trader" on the tax form and give him the title of the bike and have him sign the DoS?

Any info on buying/selling paperwork etc would be greatly appreciated.

Do what you did when you bought it only in reverse.

^ Unfortunately, I bought it from a "dealership" and they handled all the paperwork. I didnt even have to pay for title tax etc.
