Anyone Know the rider that fell on Hwy 6 Sunday

Anyone know the rider who fell on Hwy 6 over the WestPark Tollway Sunday? Did not look bad, but heard his helmet was strapped to bike and hit his head and on life support.

Did not sound good, was wondering if anyone knew more.

I dont know but the helmet should have been strapped to his head and he probably would have been able to stand up after the wreck!

No offense to the injured guy but its just plain stupid to ride without a lid!!!

werd.... but I must say that I have ridden "down the street" without one. But I could never actually go on a ride without one. Thats scary and on top of that I dont see how you can get to far without crying like a little girl cuz of the wind in your eyes.

If its the accident involving the 360lb fellow on the GSXR1000, he unfortunately did not make it due to head trauma. The officer who worked the scene said he only had the bike for a week, and had only been riding for a week... Helmet was locked in, and the bike took about ~$500 worth of damage.

A friends dad died this sunday on the galveston causeway, something about a wreck happening right in front of him and he was trapped under a car. He lived the accident and came out with a couple broken bones but passed in the hospital from internal bleeding the doctors didn't know of. Such a shame.
