Fiberglass or ABS

looking at purchasing a set and was wondering what would be best for street?

the fiberglass set is already drilled and headlight has been cut out, heard it was supposed to be stronger then abs?

but if thats the case why do the majority of people ride abs plastics?

$400 for fiberglass or i can pay $500 for abs...

if it helps any the FB set is from PIT-TECK SPEED PARTS

Fiberglass is a pain to work with. It doesn't flex, gets cracks, and will eventually turn to . Just look at all those fiberglass body kits you see on imports and that should tell you what holds up better.

Don't get fiberglass and paint it, the they sell is very thin and will spiderweb your paint quickly if not crack.
