It wasn't me. I saw the trucks, but don't have any details. I always take that HOV, but not today.

Ditto. Had they not predicted rain for this afternoon I would have been caught behind it. When I went by no help had gotten there yet.

I rode the bike. When I got there a police car was trying to make its way up the clogged HOV lane and fire trucks were fouling the main lanes northbound.
I saw the traffic in the main lanes was backed up and rode up the feeder. Didn't slow me down much.

Does anyone have details? I can't find anything on Chron or transtar.
