There is a shop in Kansas racing the 650 and does jet kits.. let me see if I can find them... the kit I got for the 650 was very complete... pretty sure they are doing the 250 as well.

Pics for the eager:

self made eliminator and turn sigs in the rear(not lifted yet)

other plans include: heavier weight front forks, front pads, tires, carb kit, something w the muffler, rear lifted, alarm w autostart(cuz I can), and a few other simple goodies. I'll post the whole build when done.
