07 ZX6R-Race plastics Install-Question w/pics

I went ahead today and installed my optimum race plastics that I bought from Ebay. Got it for pretty cheap but all it came with was the upper and tail. Any how the hardest part of the install was getting the OEm plastics off.

I have one problem and 2 questions though:
Problem 1: The ECU is mounted to the right upper OEM fairing VIA a bracket. The race upper does not have a place for the bracket to mount on but I can:

A-Some how glue the bracket onto the inside of the race fairing or

B-Ziptie the ECU to the wiring harness and hope it doesnt bounce around and get damaged

Any my questions are

1:The fairings didnt come with any heat sheilding. SHould I install some heat sheilding to the upper and tail? WHo sales it locally?

2: I dont have enough money to paint the fairings prfessionally, how in the do you get all my black finger prints off the primer and shoud I rattle can it?

Enjoy the pics

That is the relay box, ECU is under the seat. You can use your stock bracket and drill holes in the bodywork that line up to it. Then use some of the body push pins to hold it on.
-thanks Gabe

I'm jealous.

Let me know if you start trading parts out, etc. I wouldn't mind having backup stuff.

These plastics are "rattle canned"

Blue painter's tape is your friend for alternating colors

Hanging them from the ceiling with wire or fishing line is probably the best way to get an even coat...FYI...you should have painted them before installing them

And decals and stickers can go a long way too i think...just my .02

nice pics mike...

so i went and measered to drill the holes for the relay box and used some of the body pins suggested by Gabe..it came out really nice but the dam radiator cap was in the way of installing the bottom connector so i said screw it and up tied that to the wiring harness
