I've owned a 06 636 for two years and loved it but the transmission was a lil clunky. I now own a zx14 and a 07 zx6r. I live kawis...the 07 zx6r feels alot lighter and it shifts alot smooother than all the other ones I've owned. I'd say 07 zx6r

im assuming from the way you put it, these are three specific bikes that are for sale used?

i say look at all three. talk to the owners. check out the bikes. see which ones need what maintenance and how they were ridden and taken care of.

for whatever reason people might say one model is the best, but if that specific bike was not taken care of by its owner, than it doesnt really matter...

I currently own and ride a cbr 600rr gsxr 600 and an R1... All totally different bikes. Never owned a ninja but then again I never would.. I have rode a newer r6 they handle amazing.. you need to go out and ride the bike they all have equal power and will give you that ohh factor... I have rode a ninja and the geometry on the track makes you feel like you are too far over the nose.. Not to comfortable.. just ride them all once you get on "that bike" you will know : )
