Shinko Tires

Looking at buying some new tires for my GSXR 750. Looking at all the prices and see that Shinko is one of the lower priced ones out there. how do yall feel about them. Good or no good.

You get what you pay for but they do make a really sticky drag tire. Some guys like them but me personally I had one blow out on me on 45s doing 70mph... I have never been back. BTO3s all the way.

I actually heard the had a decent drag tire too, but ya, its all your preference.

Never heard good things about them as far as street tires go. With something as important at what connects your bike to the road, DON'T BE A CHEAPA$$. GET THE GOOD STUFF. THANK ME LATER.

Why would you cheap out on the 2 things on the bike that keep you rubberside down? Save a bit more money and buy good tires, I vote no on shinko unless you are just drag racing

shinko's are flatter profile tires... what are you looking to do with it? do you do mostly straight up and down riding or are you more into pushing the speed in the corners?

That's a great point!
Get a good tire gauge and check your pressures at least once a week. Even a couple pounds will make a difference you can feel.
You can go cheap for some things, like dish soap and cat food, but never on things like condoms or motorcycle tires.
