Was wondering what exhaust yall would recommend for 08 Honda CBR1000RR?
Was thinking about 2 bros. Would like a little rumble and performance.
Thanks in advance

Sounds good.

Yoshimura makes good exhausts for the CBR as well....

Full or slipon?

Yoshimura bro... The slipons come with a heat shield to cover the midpipe and "finish" the hole left from the stock boat anchor. Sounds good and looks clean.

I saw a dude with an carbon FMF apex slip on. It looked and sounded good, but you'd have to check out the website for any power add.

I have the Yoshimura slip-on with heat shield and I would recommend it highly.

The factory exhaust has a servo-actuated butterfly that stays close below 5Krpm FOR NOISE REDUCTION. The Yoshi (and all other slip-ons or full systems) eliminates the butterfly valve in the exhaust, increasing low rpm power you can actually feel.

The Yoshi noise level is aggressive, but not annoying (I would say the TwoBrothers is annoying). The sound quality is pretty nice, too.

LeoVince looks to have a nice set-up, too, but I have no first hand experience with that one. You may also want to look into the Taylor-Made GP system... that thing is sweet, just too pricey for me. Sunny ordered me one to check out, and I liked it, very high quality, just $.

By design, all the slip-ons for the '08 Honda will eliminate the cat and exhaust butterfly valve. Power gains will be minimal, unless you dyno-tune the thing, and even then you won't gain much (get a full system and tune it for race fuel if you need an extra 10 horsepower for, lets say, the 610 loop).
