I wanna say 130cc.
I know they make plenty of 125 kits for that motor.

takagawa, kitaco, BBR, trailbikes, etc...
They all make big bore kits for that bike.
I've gotten BBR through Motorcycles Unlimited.
I'm sure they can get others as well.

Theres only one company(that I know of) that makes a 110 cc kit for the crf100.
The name escapes me(powal racing maybe), but thats the route I would go if I were you.
Will be legal for F7 and will probably live quite a bit longer than one of the 125 and over kits. Quite a few guys running that kit in F7.

If done right - a Wiseco 106cc kit with a +2 bore (108cc) can run with the F6s just fine. I did it - and got protested (by 2-3 MotoHouston teams).

Needless to say - the bike was legal and the laptimes were legit.

The work was done by Andy @ Metric Motorcycles, it was'nt cheap - but it was worth it .

Give him a call - tell him to build you the same package he built for me. (713-334-8030).

You "can" stay legal for F7 yet be able to race F6s.

Me personally - No.

Because it makes you illegal for F7 (by +9cc)

and its too low for F5 (by -15cc)

I would either make it competitive for F7 and just put on a Wiseco 106cc kit and be (-5cc) or just make it competitive for the F6 and go the 135cc kit and be at the max allowed limit.

No use in spending money and being in the middle... now obviously rider skill can change all of that

The bolt on kits will only increase your horsepower slightly. On our NSF100 that was at GSS on Sunday has the TB132cc bore kit, CF Posh CDI, Jemco custom exhaust, and a Shift Up high flow oil pump. Stock horsepower claims by Honda are 8.6. The bike was dyno'd at 11.5 rear wheel as it is now. The head is stock, and robs the horsepower potential. After we buy another bike, this one is getting a big valve head. We will run in F6 which is what the bike is legal for, even with the big valve head.

Keep in mind that my son weighs 50 lbs. less than you, has a more aerodynamic bike, and has more horsepower. You had your 100 revved to the max. I was wondering when it was going to let go, but now you can make it better.
