IDK there seems to be few things that I would question. Why are the wheels mismatched? where is the front wheel fairing thingy(sorry hungover and can't think)? If you are seriously considering it have someone who know's what they are looking at take a peek at her or bring it by Motorcycles Unlimited so they can check her out. It's a descent price but as mentioned prices are all over the place right now.

Landon05.....I think his name is TWISTHAPPY900 or something like that. He had a TL for sale not long ago. He gets a lot of bikes and turns them. I work with his brother in law. Seems like a good guy...He rode the forest ride a couple of times..I'd buy a bike from him, they may need a little TLC but for the price what can you expect....
