Montgomery County Constable

Went to Advance auto on rayford today, as im checking out i notice a Montgomery County Constable walk in. So i put my helmet and gloves on and i see him walk back out (nothing in his hands, didnt have time to even look at anything). So im chuggin along as im turning onto the feeder road to 45 he is signaling me to pull over. First thing he said was look at your plate, so i did, and he said the registration is up, and i asked him if he saw that from the street, and he said no. So i get a ticket. When im putting my license back in my wallet he sees my wifes license in there to, so hes all huffy about that, how next time he pulls me over i better not have that in my possession (notice i WILL be gettin pulled over by him apparently). So i asked him if that was him in the Advance auto parts place and all the sudden hes playing dumb, said he didnt know what i was talking about. I told him yeah once you saw i was on a bike you must have turned around right away to get in your truck and catch up with me. He didnt wanna hear it. So i made sure he was far far away when i pulled out and gunned it back home...........crappy story i know, but my place to vent a little

When i got pulled over cop was real thorough. Compared vin on bike and ins, made sure i had M class, registration, called it in and asked operator to repeat my list of offenses twice on loud speaker. Some of these guys have had riders run on them, and they make sure to take it out on the ones they can catch.

3 mph over in a 60 mph zone is pretty petty. I guess I forgot to say I didnt get a ticket. Only a warning. Which makes me think he was pulling me over to check other things. Like my license and insurance.

I was once told by a MoCo cop that the tail lights on my bike need to dip down when I come to a complete stop, otherwise I didn't do it!

He's a chump for not telling you when he saw it the first time - that's just inconsiderate attitude rearing it's ugly head...

But I'm pretty certain there's no legal problem in carrying someone else's driver's license in your wallet... but I would wonder WHY you're carrying someone else's license.
