zx6r flat spot

Alright, last weekend when riding the bike noticed between 11-12k rpm there was a flat spot when accelerating, before and after that everything is fine. I have a little over 16k on the bike now. At 12k I did coolant, plugs, k&n air filter, and oil change. I have had a pc3 on there, but recently took that off about 2000 miles ago.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

A pcm will allow you to alter the output of the fuel at that particular rpm range based on a matrix to increase power and not experience that flat line.

I don't think it makes a difference at that range, but do you have the jumper mod done?
