I have picked up the and walked to their window and say "you dropped something" then flick it in the window and while they scramble to get to it. I just drive away.
Have done this twice now.
I have on numerous times picked up the trash they tossed at a light and tossed it back in their car window with a lecture. Off course, I do not do this to people who look like hard core ex cons, and wwf guys.
The last ciggarette I picked up was a couple weeks ago and the guy was in a jag. wearing a suit, he tripped out and started scrambling. I hopped on the DR and rode away chucklin'. , thats funny

Once a guy nearly ran me off the road in his Mercedes at the U-turn under a frwy. I had my 1 yr old son in his carseat in the back. I was so i caught up to him on the feeder and he had his window down. I flipped a FULL supersize Mikey D coke threw his window and nailed him!! He slammed it down and hopped out. Cursing. I stopped and got out and handed him the paper napkins and told him drive carefully and have a nice day in my best thug slang. Drove away as he was crying in the middle of the feeder.

i'm not saying i'm mad at them cause i feel i'm somewhat cool with both just don't see doing something like what they did to get their point across. you could easily get shot and killed doing what they did. and all over what. some litter. you had your one year old in the car think if you threw the drink on the guy he pulls a guns shoots you. you crash killing your child and yourself. was it worth it???

I'm pretty much not gonna do it to guys who look like :
weight lifters, long shoremen, lumberjacks etc etc.
you get my point. I have indeed chosen due to my thoughts of their ability or inability to retaliate. I know it sounds meek, but I also am smart enough to be not getting shot over litter.
especially, with tons and tons of guys out there like me, pistol totin all the time. Although I would not cap someone for that offense, you never know the mindset of people these days.
I certainly would not have tossed drink on someone and then handed them a napkin because that would seriously be asking for whoopin.
I have tossed the lit into a floorboard of a jag driven by a pencil necked geek though
