Mechanic needed

I am looking for anyone who knows how to work on Cummins engines to come and take a look at my truck. Its a 1997 Dodge Cummins 5.9 12v 4x4. Trucks not charging and tach, OD, and TC lockup not working. Truck trans is in limp mode(3rd). Anyone that has any experience with these engines and is willing to come take a look let me know Thanks.

The charging system is controlled by the pcm on these trucks, and if the pcm is not powering up then the tach, charging system, OD and and TC lockup wont operated.
