You need to use your head when your a sweeper.

A good example of this is if a rider goes down in a blind corner I have parked my bike in the lane they were in at the entrance of the corner before rendering aid to prevent me and them from being hit from traffic.

Be ready for anything. On hot days I have ridden into town and put Gatorade in the side cases and brought it back to prevent those that were helping from getting dehydrated so that when they get back on the bike their judgement is not impaired from being dehydrated.

A good sweep stays calm no matter what the situation is.
