06 750 GSXR Help

I took the bike out for the first time (since the freezes) last tuesday night. I had run the bike about 2 weeks before that in the forest without any problems...Well that night I started the bike and everything was fine ran down the road about 10 mins before I noticed the bike
acting like
I was using throttle open and close back and forth straight sputtering..I noticed it to be in 3rd gear at about 5000 to 5500 rpms...I ran the rest of the fuel out added seafoam and still there But its only in 3rd that I really notice it I hit the trottle as hard as a could and it shook the living out of the bike and sputtered like a

Help help!
I know I will be taking it to M.U anyways but whats it gonna run me ballpark Highs and Lows?
Anything else I should try?

Herf had the same problem with his 750. Something about the Throttle something another. I think its a recall??
