info Honda Ruckus

what do yall think of the ruckus. i was checking them out at Stubbs yesterday and looked very cool. ive wanted to get a scooter for the street, but was torn between that and a ATV. this looks like a great compromise but is it worth it?

did he have a passenger seat? i thought ive seen some with a extra seat. they only cost $2k too.

Just got back from riding mine. It's alot of fun and like you said, versatile. Only complaint is that it is some what lacking in the power dept. Top speed is around 40mph unless you hop it up with some aftermarket parts. Check out honda of houston to see if they have any '05 models left. They had em all on sale for $1699.

its a 50cc. thats the only down side. do you know if they can handle a load or an extra passenger?

arturo...the original ruckus is only a one seater(but i'm sure you can ride two up if you wanted to.....and the big ruckus is a 250cc two seater

Yep, their made for one up riding only, or 230# max load. You can find some aftermarket parts on the web for em like suspension and engine upgrades if you want to put more weight or go a little faster..
This site seems to be the best I found soo far for ruckus parts and info:
