Exclamation Good First Person Crash Video

This is probably the 1st video I have ever found on Youtube that really shows what it's like to crash (highside). This could be disturbing to some...but the way I see it, it's better to be prepared for the consequences of a mistake.

CLIFFS:
Guy follows biker infront of him
Biker in front runs wide
Biker slams on his rear brake, initiating a slide and then a return of traction at a bad angle
Biker highsides

I am guessing he was going maybe 40mph when he was ejected? If anything, maybe less?

Doesnt look like he was hard on the acceleration? Did the guy in front of him cause the rider to dump the throttle and then get back on to try to save the turn??
