I think Discount Motorcycle Tire is $20 if your in the SE houston area but you may call Sunny at Sunny's motosports and see if he can do it. Sunny is a Sponsor.

never go to cycle shack north in conroe, they charged me like $40 to put on a rear tire, and i had the wheel off the bike when i took it to them.

Do you mean how do you remove the wheels from the bike or how do you remove the tires from the rims?

If you mean wheels from bike then you should seriously consider one of Patrick's basic maintenance classes at Motorcycles Unlimited. Check his forum, he is a site sponsor.
If you mean tires from rims, there are videos on youtube that show various ways. It's not too hard if you have the right tools (about $20) and think about it more than just try to muscle it.
