Don't get a stand. It defits the purpose of a plasma screen. Hang it on the wall, way cooler.

my uncle got a rinky flat screen and hung it. cool thing was that he ran the wires inside the wall. wires just came out behind the tv and towards the bottom molding. he bought a cover to hide the wires that ran from the bottom opening to the shelves in the corner. I probably dont make sense, but he did a good yob. lol

plasma for hanging and thin look
everyone says oh plasmas burn out yaddy yaddy, but new technology they are guarenteed to run like 100k hours ~11yrs if u leave it on 24/7

lcd u can have up to i think 4% bad lcds and it still be considered good

so i just said fck it plasma

for now i goto bestbuy / circuit city and just stand in the aisle and look at them all .. them i pick the ones with the best picture and now im down to comparing features to prices
