I hear you Martin, MH has been down lately. I find it sad that actual motorcycle related threads get 10-20 responses but off topic threads can go on for days. I liked when MH was a great place to learn new things, meet people, go on rides, etc.
Anyway, life goes on and the site just keeps getting bigger (just like your )

The fact is, that there are already thousands of questions answered on these forums. Maybe someone searches and finds the answer rather than posting the same thread over and over again. Maybe they bump the thread saying thanks, this worked, or maybe they don't.

In those 10-20 responses, at least from what I have seen, any technical questions or people that need help, usually get it, and usually get it on the first page. Do we need to keep bumping those threads when the question is answered? Off topic threads go on forever, because they have no end, its just useless rambling designed to keep people entertained. It serves no other purpose as far as I know. Off topic has already been moved out of the new posts button up top so I am not sure how it affects you at all anymore.

Don't like it, stay out.
