Just get a 19-tooth front sprocket....

MR9 20.00 /gal
e85 2.11/gal and easy to attain
Tuning is the same price for either
e85 has more oxygen than ANY race fuel including fuel ..and the octane rating is around 110.. the pump say 104 but that a never lower than rating ..
and the way i go thru fuel I'd be broke and out of racing if i was only to use Race fuels

i wasn't a fan either at 1st of e85 but after researching it and seeing dyno pulls i'm sold
Have you researched the real issue with the fuel yet....?

It's corrosive as and will eat through your rubber lines, pump, and possibly the tank over time. Not to mention it takes 30% MORE fuel to operate E85 at the same rate as pump. So if you haven't increased fuel 20-30% or so on your tune (maybe more) you are probably doing more damage than good running WAY LEAN.

Ya, it's a cheap race fuel if you are setup for it. However, if you are running on stock components you are asking for BIG problems....

It's great stuff but if you are getting 100-miles a tank with your TURBO on the street now, you just dropped your range down to 70 and that's not even racing it. As long as you can find E85 everywhere you go, you'll be fine...

It's for a Gen-II correct, the Gen-I sprockets won't fit...

19/43 would be great! The Gen-I front sprockets won't fit so you'll have to order another...

Johnny is always busy so the best time to call him and get him to answer is 0630 when he's on his way to work. He can't use his cell at work so you'll have to leave a message. Then he has school after work depending on the day so he's a busy man. Be patient, it will be worth the wait...

Which exhaust system did you go with...?

Depending how much power you make and what gas you run, you might be better off sticking with the stock 18/43 setup. That should be good for 195 and if you pull that then swap to the 41 at the track. If you aren't running MR9 for the extra power you might be stuck in the 180's if it won't pull the 41. Check out my build thread for a few other little tricks if you want...

being that i already have the m4 slip ons i didnt want to buy a hole new exhaust , so i found the vance and hines , s.s. 4 into 2 performance headers ,with the gaskets it came to 480 or so! the system is set up to work with any slip ons that fit the factory header !

so that is what i got! should be fine with a tune ! as far as the gears go i will put the 41 on and see how it goes, i would hope to get good # from Johnny !

these headers and but with the m4 slip ons
