Good Deal?

There's a guy that's selling a CBR600RR w/ a salvaged title and about 2800 miles. He wants $4500 for it. He said there's no bent frame and it runs straight. It was involved in a front end incident, he had to replace the front bridge, front disk, front rim, and right fork assembly. It does need some cosmetic work. Items include left mirror needs to be replaced, spring for the stand, right foot rest, front turning signals and a damaged wire on the right side. Now assuming all of this what would be a good price for this??

Here's a couple of pics:

I would not buy a salvaged title bike unless you are building a track bike. You will never be able to resale the thing for what you are about to invest in it.

4k isn't bad.
Try to bring another couple of hundreds.
Make sure to point out it's a salvaged title and still needs some work.
If you really like the bike and want the bike, I wouldn't let it go over $200.
That'll be silly.

If you can, try to let a professional to take a look at the bike to make sure there's no frame/fork damage.
You really don't wanna deal with that after you pay something like 4k.

Tell him to pay to have it GMD Computrac'd and if it checks out, you'll pay $4K

FYI, i paid $5600 for a mint condition 600rr with 2600 miles and a factory warranty until 2009. I wouldn't give a cent more than 4K for it.
