West side Ride SAT. 1/23

Some friends and I want to go for a ride next sat. So i'm extending the invite.

When: Sat. 23rd meet at 9:00am KSU at 9:30ish
Where: Sonic Drive Inn in Sealy, Tx on Hwy 36
Why: why not?

We'll start in Sealy, make the Racers Road loop, then take my route to Fayetteville for lunch. oh, and i don't want to hear a thing about the meets to far away (some exceptions), just think about when I ride 70 miles to meet at 45 and 242.

Starting in Sealy cuz that is where we live, so there will be a little doubleing back, don't worry the exit for hwy 36 from 10 is worth it. We'll leave from Sonic, east on ten, north on 1458, south on 359, west on 90, south on 1489, west on 1093, north on 1458, west on 10, north on 36, stop at exxon, north on 36, west on 949, north on 102, enter I10 (sweet on ramp, very technical) immediate exit, stop gas station, back on 10, exit 71 bus. north, to 109 north, left at stop sign, at this point is the road that is the reason to go to fayettville, left at stop sign, right into town square stop at Joe's saloon for lunch, (burgers rival yankee's)

pace will be moderate: quick in the corners, "civil" in the straights, ride your own ride, no man left behind,

gear not required thou highly recomended, i'm not responsible for what happens to you.

There will be more attending than whats on the list.

Man I did 1458 yesterday and it was terrible, the road is all kinds of torn up and down to one lane in parts with tons of construction. You might want to skip that section.

Are you talking about 1458 south of I-10 or north? We were out there a couple of months ago and they had started work on the south side. North side was good. This ride will only hit north side, right Orion? I prob wont make this, but really wish i could. :-(

not usually...as long as there aren't any off ramps that resemble lakes.
