Rick you will be dicked around by the family court system. It is against you simply because you are a man. I went through an ordeal about a year ago and fought not only my 's attorney but the judge that had made up his mind before the case was even presented to him. If it wasn't for the Ad Litem (court appointed mediator) that I had to pay for, I would have been f*cked like a little girl. An ad litem is appointed by the court to represent the interest of the child in a custody issue.

If you want some serious help I have the lawyer that will tear the heart out of that little from El Salvador. She isn't cheap but what you spend now will affect your daughter's life forever. She won't charge you for a consultation and she specializes in famliy law. Don't hire an attorney that does criminal/civil/family and brake jobs on the weekends, you definitely want someone that earns their living fighting your kind of case.

This woman may try to run because she's afraid of the court system, but you have as much of a right to see/visit your daughter and have an equal say in the manner in which she is raised. The more that you work towards gaining custody of your daughter the better yours/her future will be.

I'll PM you my number and help you with whatever you need. I was in a gun fight outside my office a few years back, that's nothing compared to the I went through with family court. I'll give you everything that I have (experience wise) that could help you in anyway, and I'll even go to court with you if you want. Believe me, there's strength in numbers when it comes to the court . The more family and friends that you have to fill court room makes a big difference when it comes to the court making their final decision.
