Sprocket conversion (reverse)

So i was wondering if any of u guys have ever done a sprocket conv. like 1 up(to give u a higher top speed)?

i know that u lose 10-15 mph with a 1 down 1 up but what do u guys think u could get out of a 600 if u did this 1 up, 2, even 3??? not sure...

you would lose speed, not gain, the bike is already geared for top speed, in some case u can actually gain speed by lowering the gear ratio and there by reaching the rev limiter

I think the 600 will run out of torque. It will get to the point where it cant overcome the resistance . I have no idea for sure, but I doubt you would be able to get one over 185 ish. That would take some distance for sure. I also think you would have to go down in the rear instead up up in the front. I dont know how much room there is under the sprocket cover. The rear is easier anyway.
