That's PRE high side. And, you know, I'm a girl, so the seats are feaux - patent! That's why they shine. The front seat was shaved about 2", and the back was lowered about 2" and the front lowered 1/2". The paint is black with red metal flake, with red-painted frame. It WAS shiny.
