The car was an Mitu. Eclipse.
Charges were pending on the driver...but murder can be used in this situation. Sad but true.

Happened not too far from the house. About 5 miles away...

The car stayed with the DOA bike rider and may be charged with manslaughter... right?

Here is one
___________
http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?se...cal&id=4165392

The wreck happened on Space Center Blvd near Genoa Red Bluff in southeast Houston. Officers say the men began racing, and bumped each other while speeding down the road. The motorcycle driver lost control, hit a curb and crashed into a construction area.

He was killed, despite the fact that he was wearing a helmet.

"I found him laying on ground," said a witness. "I checked for a pulse, didn't find one."

The driver of the car stayed behind and tried to get help. Police say he did not have alcohol in his system. Officials will run tests to see if the motorcycle rider had been drinking. The two did not know each other.

I have family that lives out in Clear Lake and have seen a yellow Triumph, don't know if it's the same one. Speed makes people crazy and a challenge (race) can make you lose your mind. There's too many critters that run out on the roadway at night. It would be difficult to tell who bumped who, but racing is taking your life into your own hands. It's not worth it on the streets.

There was a runner on 290 Wednesday night too. A group of bikes flew past me then I see them get lit up. One keeps heading west while the rest took the toll road. Saw the lights keep going past Barker Cypress.
