Carburator and Spark plug replacing for 2001 zrx 1200R

I need some advice guys.

I want to replace the spark plugs and clean out the carburator, i could easily take this to a mechanic but i want to learn how to do this myself. The zrx 1200R did not come with a manual =/ I tried google but no luck on servicing spark plugs and procedure to remove the carburator.

So I took out the tank, tried to take out the spark plug cable but its not poping out. I don't have the service manual so i don't know if you have to pull harder or what?

I'm having a hard time taking out the carburator since they're so close to the airbox and the engine...do i have to remove the exhaust to make room for the carburator?
here's a close up of the carburator

its a 2001 zrx 1200R, thanks.

it will come out you just have to work with it a while. spark plug cables should pop out when you tug on them. Take the airbox off before you try taking the carbs off
