trying to hotwire my bike, help please!

my key broke off in my gas cap, so i ordered a vortex gas cap for it a few minutes ago, but now i dont have a key until i can dig the broken key out of the gas cap and take it to a key smith. there are 3 wires coming out of the ignition, 2 big ones and a small one, i crossed the 2 big ones and the lights and everything came on, but the fuel pump doesnt turn on as it should when the bike is turned on, i try starting it and it just turns and turns bt is not getting any fuel so wont fire. what am i doing wrong?

Thought your parents took the keys.....and think about what question you are asking....you are basically telling thieves how to take your stuff

So you trying to say he forgot to give you the key? Sounds to me, like they don't want you riding while they're gone...
