Man Arrested for Driving Lawn Mower Drunk

I read this on HI, don't have any resources yet... Anyone hear about it?

VERMILION, Ohio -- An Ohio man was arrested Friday for allegedly riding his lawn mower drunk.
Dondi Bowles, 50, was picked up at about 9:45 p.m. Friday after police spotted him driving the riding mower on the sidewalk, television station WEWS-TV in Cleveland reported.
Police said he had driven the mower to a store about a mile away and was on his way home when he was stopped.
Officers said Bowles' blood-alcohol level was 0.144 percent.
His riding lawn mower had to be towed away.

They actually towed a lawn mower? If he was that close to his home, why didn't a friend or family member drive it for him... i wonder if the towing fees are worth more than the mower. Oh and does his license get suspended?
