So say you go down and run off the road. The popo show up, and what do you tell them? Does it matter what caused the crash, you get a ticket either way?

Like, tell them a squirrel or dog ran across the road and you had to straighten the bike up or whatever.. as opposed to f'kd up and ran wide? Or they don't care either way?

Or like Cdill says.. the road turned and stuff?

Kidding about that last part. lol
i actually had a trooper pull up like two min after i went down. told him that i had someone on the way. all he did was ask if i wanted to write up an accident report. i told him it wasn't necessary and he left. was on a small group ride so i had people with me. i was luck that day in both regards.

They will say you failed to control speed.

But my speed control was fine... the road turned!!! LOL!

Best bet is to stay on the paved part and leave the dirt samples to the construction crews....

And I have decided to quit dodging the kamakazi squirrels.. turtles and buzzards are different... fuzzy critters can DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you should have slowed down to compensate for that turning of the road. Of course, if you wreck on Honea Egypt, you receive amnesty because we all know that is a terrible road.
