I got that part. But looking for ideas as to what would cause it. Bike could be a good deal if it was something simple wrong with it.

I didn't clck on your link and I know what bike your talking about. Saw it on craigslist yesterday. Funny how it says turns over strong....lol. But ur right if it's something easy could be a good deal. It turns so the motor ain't seized...probably could talk Jim down since he already got another bike

gas in it? i've done that before. dont know how it was still running when i got home, but spent about a week trying to get it running again before i thought to check fuel

had a similar problem with my cbr last year...come to find out the ignition switch was faulty...got it switched out and since then have never had the problem again

Had a powercommander go bad on my last RC51, and had the same symptoms. Would turn over but not fire. Removed the PC and it worked. From what I have read, sometimes the power commanders (I think it is mainly the PC3r's though) will dump the map that is loaded on them. Could have been what happened on mine, but I simply removed it and the bike fired right up.

Like Patrick said, fuel pump and ECU would be two other key things to check. Bike either doesn't have fuel or spark, check everything in those two circuits until you find the problem.
