burning oil

I noticed that the engine oil is low barely visible in the glass window after warming up. I just had an oil change 1k miles ago and about a month ago. I know I ran hard on the fayetevelle ride 11/28 (redlining etc) and had one or two mild rides. Commute wise I drive +- 15 mins here and there no more than 80mph. More often than not I shift on the 10k or more lines.

I know motorcycles or any high revving engine burn oil but when is too much?

Pretty typical for your bike.
Make sure to drain the airbox tube evey now and then as those bikes like to puke oil into the airbox when run hard.
It should be on the left side of the bike towards the bottom, it'll have a small plug in it.
If you're unsure, swing by and I'll show you where.

The tech who changed the oil informed me of the airbox tube really good customer service!

My bike has a centerstand that should level the bike pretty evenly on the centerstand I see very little oil and even leaning it over to the right side the oil does not raise any more.

Im going to autozone or walmart to get some oil. MOM says to use 20W40 or 20w50 for temps above 40F and 1.5L for oil change. Since Ill just be adding oil I should put just about 1L right?

First off don't check it on the center stand, you need to check it with both wheels on the ground and the bike straight up and down.
Secondly, use either 10w40 or 20w50 motorcycle SPECIFIC oil.

You could always bring it by and have us change the oil and filter, lube and adjust the chain and do a 23 point inspection for $44.50.

On the receipt given to me it said 20w50 oil so ill buy a moto specific one just enough to keep the bike lubed til next week when ill bring it in. Id rather buy some right now than risk kabooming.
