New Guy

Hey guys how ya doing. Just picked up my new to me bike from a member of this forum (great guy tony552). I'm new to the houston area, so I thought i would start this thread to say hello.

As of September 1, you'll have to take a Basic RiderCourse to get the Texas license. (See Below).

Do it fast. After 30 days in Texas, they consider it the same as riding without a license and can impound your bike if you get pulled over.

On a side note: Welcome to Texas and to MotoHouston.

Well I actaully went and sat on a few r6's today and tell you the truth I love the way they look, but there just not as comfy as my f4i. I see the only change I would be willing to make would be to a newer 600rr. I really like em

Scratch all of that. Just received an email that they've reconsidered how the law was written. Contact your local DPS office for clarification.

lawmakers can't make up their minds.
