how fast is fast on 3090/forest

First off I am sure I belong to the "noob" group. Or low end of moderate at best on these roads.

Now that we got that out of the way.. anyone have a video of a "FAST" run through 3090/forest? or racer road?

How fast is FAST on those 30mph turns, what about those 35s, 45s?

50-60mph depending on posted speed officer.

A long time ago in the car scene we always said double the recommended speed limit was good, triple was great. But that was a California thing.......

BTW, if anyone does post up speeds this thread or posts will be deleted. Same goes for videos which is why we cover our instruments if we happen to accidently go over during filming.

Depends on Bike and Rider

I THINK this is a correct respose within the LAW but I could be wrong.

1) There are 4 types of signs
a) White & Black and Red & White (These are Mandatory)
b) Yellow & Black (These are Advisory)
c) Orange & Black (These are Cautionary)
d) Lime Green & Black (These are Safety)

So I would be of the opinion if the speed limit on the B&W sign is say 70 mph you are OK go 70 mph. legally even when the Y & B advises 35.
Typically Y&B x 2 is lets say spirited and legal if you don't exceed the B&W.

I would say Y&B x2 plus 10% as mentioned earlier is fast.

Note some turns may have the same Y&B rating but handle differently.
One might be a slow 25 with radius not small enough to earn a 15 while another is a fast 25.

Also if you were pulled over and informed the officer the Y&B is only advisory he might say OK I am advising you that your getting a ticket.

And I could be wrong on all of the above.
