thanks all for the input. I made up my mind. I'm going in today to exchange it. I found another one I like and will just have them order it for me. It's hella hard trying to find a decent stock of XS in stores. =(

I got a Scorpion EXO 400 and I'm just going to exchange it for same model, different design.

matching is overrated like others have stated. I personally like it when NONE of my stuff matches. I dont really care.

Bottom line is this: I will eventually get a helmet that matches my bike. So that leaves me with either: (1) an extra helmet that will probably not fit any potential passengers; (2) an extra helmet for myself for whatever reason; or (3) one helmet for myself that matches (assuming I exchange the one I have).

If I do not exchange it, I will end up getting a second helmet that matches eventually regardless. So, does it make sense to have an extra helmet for myself or a potential passenger, considering it's an XS and probably won't fit too many people? (Although I do not plan on having passengers anytime soon.)

I'm leaning towards exchanging it for something i want.
exchanging it is prolly the best bet!!

Personally i don't care if it matches just as long as it fits and I'm comfortable in it. I look like the homeless most days. Got too many bikes in too many colors too care if it all goes together. The important thing is wearing the gear.

When non bikers comment when we're out I simply say it matches my other bikes. Their smile always disappears when they find their foot in their mouth.

I feel you on the tiny head - I wear xxs and there is never anything in stock to even try on.

BUT- you're a girl and matching is a MUST! Believe me when I say, though, that this will not be your last or even your ONLY helmet.

Nor will it be your last pair of boots, or jacket or gloves... you're going to change your gear often. Only men (sorry Cali) have the same gear year after year.
