Ok, now that I don't have to "beat the clock" with my battery dying, I @an now take the time to go slow.

Still at katy mills. I don't have to go to my place 30 miles away. Just to my moms. She is at hwy 6 and westpark.

Rear tire got 1/8 or more width, and 1/4 circumference of tire of showing cord. I ain't chancing it. Ill camp here if I have to. Ain't leaving the bike

If you're at Katy Mills, you can make it to Hwy 6 and Westpark. Just take neighborhood and city streets, don't go above 35 or 40. Give me your intersection and I'll give you directions. Maybe a fellow rider who's cagin it today will stop and see what's up if you look distressed enough, and he'll follow you to your mom's.

It was only 4 miles of bald to cord from work to gas station. I cant risk it. That's just an overly unnecessary danger I don't need right now. Better to be fine at 3 am on a curb , than in er room at 6pm.

Dude, I wish I was out in that area, as I would have come picked you up hours ago.

As for the cord issue, not that I condone the practice, but ran a trip of ~40 miles in that manner on a GSXR1000 recently. Not the most stable when taking corners well past the speed limit, but when I was "bahaving", everything seemed normal. Just ride at slower speeds to your Mom's house. Also, as mentioned above, stay off the freeways and main roadways.
