oil help

ok ive been getting a headache over this maybe some can help
im gonna change my oil in my f3 and was gonna use 15w-40 heavy duty shell rotella t triple protecion
please lmk if n e one has used this or if it will be ok in my bike

Also Princess from what I recall. I didn't cause the clutch slipped in another bike that was using it.

Something I tried not too long ago, I bought some Shell Advanced for Motorcycles and tried it (the stuff advertised on Ducati's) after about 2500 miles drained and put in Motul. At idle there was an obvious difference in enging noise, with the Motul it was MUCH quieter. Same viscosity the price on the Shell was $3.50/qt VS $14.50/qt for the Motul.
Seems to me if you can HEAR the difference, it probably is probably worth the cost. My .02
