I dunno, but that thing looks like it's been sitting outside for a looooong time.
Could be a money pit.
I'd take it by Motorcycles Unlimited for a look first.

You're right, I thought something looked off.

Check out where some wrote R on the frame for reserve.

929's are FI, they don't have reserve, plus the swingarm on a 929 attaches to the engine, not the frame.

I was saying that I figured it to be worth around $700. If that. I wouldn't even pay that for it. Even less if it's really a '93-'94

That bike does look like it's been down in the gravel, though. The gravel trap at the track.

i never can understand why people try to sell their vehicles without washing them...if they can't take 30 minutes to wash it before trying to sell it, do you really think they took the time and money to properly care for it while they had it???

One thing is for sure, it's sure not
a 929.

I can tell you exactly what year it is. What's the 10th figure of it's VIN?

Not just the lines but the carbs too. Plus the tank probably
has rust inside of it.

Imo the bike doesn't look worth what it would take to get it rideable.

If you're still serious about getting it, have it brought by and I'll look and can give you and idea off what shape it's in at it no charge.
