how much light do you need?

how much light do you need on license plates? some one know this one just got my fendor on i have all most no light

as far as i know, if there is a white light alluminating it somewhat, the wrose that can happen is u will get hassled

im pretty sure, there just has to be some kind of white light to reflect off the plate
