and they also said it was comletely unpractical and required a different experience to ride it at any decent speed in the corners(dont quote me but I believe the article mentioned at 40mph they were having problems w corners.)

i wonder if it would do better with technology borrowed from something like the piaggio mp3 or the reverse trike dirtbike that was posted a long time back

I had to look it up; didnt know what the piaggio was. I think dodge was trying to push the envelope more then anything on their bike. The whole thing is very impractable, but keeps the imagination going. Even the tires look to take forever to change.

if the front end could be put into a useful sportbike design, that bike would sell like crazy. every review i have read of the mp3 talks about how neat and forgiving the design is, begging to be leaned over. a couple of reviews made statements about this scooter being able to keep up with real bikes in the twisties
