help anyone

just recently got all new fairings and not sure how too put them on, could prolly figure it out on my own but wanted too ask if anyone was an expert at it and could possibly help a fellow rider out...I GOT BEER AND FOOD

bike is an r6 2003 got all the tools needed as well... i live on northwest side...

im at hwy 6 and keith harrow... i just put my front fender on and on the OEM piece it has rubber pieces on the holes i guess to protect them but there not able too get off so i put it on anyways. Do I need those rubber pieces or is it just too protect the plastics? there are alot of pieces i don't have a clue where they go...Weekend is fine with me if anyone knows of a pro thats done it before lmk...

It would be great if you could ride out to my place and i do it there i have all the tools. Plus it isnt to far from you anyways.

hey bro i just got back in town from Louisiana cause of work. i would like to do them ASAP if possible i get off work at 4 tomorrow and off weekends. I dont have a way of carrying all the fairings to u place or else i would...

Do you not have any plastics on it now? It's real easy to just take off the old plastics and then just match up the new ones and throw them on...I would help you out, but I'm all the way on the other side of town...

not to be an or anything, but can't you just line up the fairings with the mounts and bolt them in? , i have to take half my bike apart to change my oil. There should be tabs and holes.

It's all the same man, it's just a few screws or press clips once you get the fairings off...Kinda like taking a door panel off of a car...

I mean, I understand your caution and wanting to make sure it's done right, but sometimes the best way to get something done is to do it yourself...Experience is the best kind of knowledge...

, I had never worked on a bike before and I'm half way into tearing one down and building it back up, I'm just getting stalled due to not having the proper parts and having to wait on them to get here...
